Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • canned pumpkin - 1/2 c
  • 8 oz - 2 pkg
  • ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • dash each ground cloves and nutmeg - 1 item
  • or 9 inch - 1 graham

How to make double layer pumpkin cheesecake:

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. In separate bowl, mix pumpkin and spices. Stir 1 cup of the cream cheese batter into pumpkin mixture.

Pour remaining cream cheese batter into crust. Top with pumpkin batter.

Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Garnish, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
