- flour - 1/2 c
- pumpkin - 1 c
- dark brown sugar - 1/3 c
- eggs, lightly beaten - 3 item
- ground cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
- ground nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- apple butter - 1 c
- undiluted evaporated milk - 1 c
- packed dark brown sugar - 1/4 c
- Streusel Topping - 1 item
- 9-inch deep dish frozen pie shell, thawed - 1 item
- Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell
How to make apple butter pumpkin pie:
Preheat oven to 375°. Combine filling ingredients in order given; pour into pie shell. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until knife inserted two inches from center comes out clean. Top with Streusel Topping. Bake for additional 15 minutes.
