Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- dried minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- seasoned salt - 3/4 tsp
- medium potatoes, peeled and cubed - 6 item
- minced fresh dill or 2 tsp - 2 Tbsp
How to make dilly mashed potatoes:
In a saucepan, cover potatoes with water. Cook until very tender. Drain and mash with milk. Stir in remaining ingredients. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
