  • eggs - 2 item
  • melted margarine - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 2 tsp
  • grated cheese
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • frozen broccoli - 2 pkg
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • Cheese Nips - 1/2 c

How to make broccoli casserole:

Cook frozen broccoli (just a little), drain and put in a greased baking dish. Beat eggs. Mix together: eggs, mayonnaise, cheese, onion and mushroom soup. Take about 1/4 of this mixture and mix with the broccoli. Put about 3/4 of the mixture on top of
