Dill macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- chopped celery - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- white pepper - 1/8 tsp
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- Season-All - 2 tsp
- dash of cayenne or red pepper - 1 item
- thinly sliced green pepper I use some red pepper too for color - 1/2 c
- thinly sliced carrots or grated - 1/4 c
- instant minced onion I use more - 2 Tbsp
- dill weed I use more - 1 tsp
How to make dill macaroni salad:
Cook macaroni. Drain and cool. Add celery, green pepper, carrots and pimento. Mix remaining ingredients. Spoon over macaroni and toss to mix thoroughly. Chill.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Pasta, Pasta, rice and grains.
