- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- warm water - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese - 1 c
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- dill seed - 2 tsp
- dry minced onion - 2 Tbsp
How to make dilly casserole bread:
Soften the yeast in the water; set aside. Heat cottage cheese to lukewarm. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese with sugar, onion, butter, dill seed, salt and soda. Add the flour slowly, beating well after each addition. Cover and let rise in a wRecipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Yeast breads.
