- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- baking soda
- all-purpose flour
- Raisin Bran cereal - 4 c
- packet Butter Buds made into liquid - 1 item
How to make diabetic bran muffins:
Preheat oven to 400°. In large bowl, mix cereal, flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add eggs, buttermilk and Butter Buds and mix well. Spray muffin tins with nonstick coating agent. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full and bake 15 to 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Diabetic.
