- salt - 3/4 tsp
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
- hard-boiled eggs - 1 doz
How to make deviled eggs:
Cut eggs in halves lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients to yolks; whip until smooth and fluffy. Heap into whites. Crisscross with tines of fork. Refrigerate. Makes 24 halves.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
