  • melted butter - 2 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • mayonnaise - 3 Tbsp
  • hard-boiled eggs - 1 doz

How to make deviled eggs:

Cut eggs in halves lengthwise; remove yolks. Mash with fork. Add remaining ingredients to yolks; whip until smooth and fluffy. Heap into whites. Crisscross with tines of fork. Refrigerate. Makes 24 halves.
