- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- dashes of hot pepper sauce optional - 4 item
- pickle relish optional - 1 tsp
- fresh chopped parsley optional - 1 item
How to make deviled eggs:
For 8 halves, bring 4 eggs to a boil starting with cold water. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 12 minutes; drain and peel. Cut in half lengthwise. Mix together mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper and egg yolks. Spread mixture on each half egg whites.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
