  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/4 tsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • pepper - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1/4 c
  • dashes of hot pepper sauce optional - 4 item
  • pickle relish optional - 1 tsp
  • fresh chopped parsley optional - 1 item

How to make deviled eggs:

For 8 halves, bring 4 eggs to a boil starting with cold water. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 12 minutes; drain and peel. Cut in half lengthwise. Mix together mayonnaise, dry mustard, salt, pepper and egg yolks. Spread mixture on each half egg whites.
