- half and half - 1 item
- graham crackers - 1 lb
- dates, cut fine - 1/4 lb
- marshmallows, cut fine - 1/4 1/2
- nuts, cut fine - 1/2 1
- small jar maraschino cherries, cut fine - 1 item
How to make date roll:
Mix first 5 ingredients and moisten with half and half until mixture forms a roll and is not crumbly. Roll in waxed paper. Chill for at least 24 hours. Slice and serve with whipped cream.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Low sodium.
