Ingredients/Components
- flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- unsalted butter, softened - 1 c
- finely ground pecans - 1/4 c
- melted semi-sweet chocolate - 3 oz
- coffee powder - 2 tsp
How to make java sticks:
Cream together butter and powdered sugar. Beat in coffee, flour and pecans. Roll into finger shapes and place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let sticks cool. Dip in melted chocolate. Yield: 6 dozen.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Low sodium.
