Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- melted butter - 1/4 c
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- paprika - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- crushed cornflakes - 2 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 2 c
- bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed - 1 (2
- cans cream soup mushroom, celery or chicken - 2 1/2
How to make dairy potato bake:
In large mixing bowl, stir together thawed potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, soup, sour cream and cheese. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan. Top with cornflake crumbs. Drizzle with melted butter and sprinkle with paprika for added color. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
