Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vinegar - 2 qt
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- salt water - 1 item
- chunked pickles - 6 qt
- mustard seed put in bag - 1/4 c
How to make curry pickles:
Soak pickles in salt water for 3 hours. Boil together vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and curry powder. Add drained pickles. Heat to boiling. Can in quarts jars and seal.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetables, Canning.
