  • sugar - 4 c
  • vinegar - 2 qt
  • curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt water - 1 item
  • chunked pickles - 6 qt
  • mustard seed put in bag - 1/4 c

How to make curry pickles:

Soak pickles in salt water for 3 hours. Boil together vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and curry powder. Add drained pickles. Heat to boiling. Can in quarts jars and seal.
