Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/2 c
- water - 8 c
- vinegar - 2 c
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- mustard seed - 1/4 c
- medium cucumbers, sliced - 24 item
How to make curry pickles:
Let cucumbers, salt and water stand for 5 hours. Bring to a boil curry powder, vinegar, sugar, mustard seed and celery seed. Pour over pickles and bring to a boil. Then put into jar and seal.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetables, Canning.
