Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/2 c
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can apricot halves - 1 oz
- can peach halves - 1 oz
- can pear halves - 1 oz
- banana optional - 1 item
How to make curried fruit:
Drain fruit well and arrange in a 8 x 12 x 2-inch pan or baking dish. Blend sugar, cornstarch, margarine and curry powder together. Pour over fruit. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Side dish, Tropical fruits.
