Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp
- small clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- pinch of red pepper flakes - 1 item
- fresh cilantro, finely chopped - 1/2 tsp
- fresh parsley, finely chopped - 2 Tbsp
- nonfat yogurt - 1/2 c
- chives, minced - 1 tsp
- cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped - 1/2 c
How to make cucumber yogurt dip:
Put all ingredients, except cucumber in bowl, blend well with whisk. Fold in cucumber, stirring to combine and refrigerate for up to 3 days.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Low fat, Dips.
