Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- onion - 1 item
- cooked rice - 4 c
- green peppers - 2 item
- can beef gravy - 1 item
- boneless beef sirloin or top round steak - 1 lb
How to make quick pepper steak:
Slice beef into very thin strips. In skillet over medium-high heat, heat 1 tablespoon oil; brown beef and remove. Add peppers and onion (cut into strips) and garlic powder.
