- sour cream - 1 item
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 item
- freshly ground pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 2 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 item
- shredded lettuce - 1 item
- ground beef - 3 lb
- large onions, chopped - 2 item
- oregano - 1/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- chopped tomatoes - 1 item
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- taco sauce - 1 item
- tortillas - 1 item
- instant minced garlic - 1/2 tsp
- hot pepper sauce canned tomato sauce - 1 2
How to make tacos:
In a heavy skillet, cook onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons of oil until soft. Add beef. Cook, stirring until lightly browned and crumbly. Drain off excess fat. Add seasonings. Moisten with a little tomato sauce. Heat until flavors are blended. Keep hot. Cook tortillas. Fill tortillas with meat, onions, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese.
