Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- salt
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- margarine - 1 c
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- 1 stick margarine
How to make crumb cake:
Crumbs For Topping:1/4 lb. (1 stick) margarine2 c. flour1/2 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon dash of nutmeg Cream margarine until light and fluffy. Gradually beat in sugar. Then add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. Alternate milk with flour and salt. Pour into greased, floured pan, 13 x 9 x 2-inch.Crumbs: Cut margarine into flour. Add brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Crumble with hands and sprinkle over cake. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking, if desired.
