- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
- large can milk - 1 item
- can whole Ortega chilies - 1 item
How to make chili rellenos casserole:
Split chilies and remove seeds; put in bottom of baking dish, 9 x 13-inch. Sprinkle on grated cheese. Beat eggs; add salt, flour and milk. Pour over other ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Egg, Cheese, Main dish.
