  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
  • Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • large can milk - 1 item
  • can whole Ortega chilies - 1 item

How to make chili rellenos casserole:

Split chilies and remove seeds; put in bottom of baking dish, 9 x 13-inch. Sprinkle on grated cheese. Beat eggs; add salt, flour and milk. Pour over other ingredients and bake 45 minutes at 350°.
