Crock-pot potato soup
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 4 c
- pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- potatoes, pared and cubed - 6 item
- carrot, pared and sliced - 1 item
How to make crock-pot potato soup:
Put all ingredients, except evaporated milk in crock-pot. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours (high: 3 to 4 hours). Stir in milk during the last hour. If desired, mash potatoes before serving.Garnish with chopped chives, bacon bits and shredded Cheddar cheese.
