  • water - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • catsup - 2 Tbsp
  • ground beef
  • onion powder - 1/4 tsp
  • can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
  • flavored dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
  • carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 4 item
  • potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces - 4 item

How to make crock-pot meatball stew:

In small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Form meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Mix together potatoes and carrots. Layer meatballs and vegetables in crock-pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over layers. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
