Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- catsup - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef
- onion powder - 1/4 tsp
- can condensed mushroom soup - 1 item
- flavored dry bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- carrots, cut into 1/4-inch slices - 4 item
- potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces - 4 item
How to make crock-pot meatball stew:
In small bowl combine first 7 ingredients. Form meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Mix together potatoes and carrots. Layer meatballs and vegetables in crock-pot.
