Crock-pot beef stew
Ingredients/Components
- salt
- flour - 1/4 c
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 clove
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- carrots, sliced - 4 item
- stalk celery, sliced - 1 item
- potatoes, diced - 3 item
- beef broth
- Kitchen Bouquet optional - 2 tsp
- beef chuck or stew meat, cut in 1-inch cubes - 2 lb
How to make crock-pot beef stew:
Place meat in crock-pot. Mix flour, salt and pepper. Pour over meat. Stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours (best way!) or high 4 to 6 hours. Stir stew thoroughly before serving.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Stew.
