Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- onion salt - 1 tsp
- chicken wings - 3 lb
- butter flavor Crisco - 1/2 c
How to make crispy chicken wings:
Preheat oven to 400°. Line shallow pan with foil. Cut wings in each joint; discard tips. Melt butter in pan. Combine flour, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add chicken and shake to coat. Place in pan and bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake additional 20 to 25 minutes or until crisp. Serve with barbecue sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Chicken wing.
