  • sour cream - 1/2 pt
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice
  • butter, melted - 2 3
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • chicken breast halves - 8 item
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix - 1 item

How to make crispy chicken:

Coating Mix:2 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 pt. sour cream2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. celery salt1 tsp. paprika1/2 tsp. garlic salt1/2 tsp. salt1/8 tsp. pepper Coating Mix: Combine all ingredients.

Dip each chicken breast in coating mix (enough to cover both sides), then coat with Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix on both sides. Place chicken breasts in oblong baking dish; drizzle them with melted butter. (Use more or less butter to taste.) Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
