  • pkg - 2 oz
  • cold water - 1 c
  • boiling water - 2 c
  • walnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
  • celery, chopped - 1/2 c
  • can ready to serve vanilla pudding - 1 oz
  • medium apples, diced - 2 item

How to make creamy waldorf salad:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water, stir in cold water. Chill until partially set. Combine chilled gelatin and pudding in a bowl. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed. Chill until mixture mounds when spooned. Fold in apple, celery and nuts. Pour into a mold. Chill until firm, 6 hours or overnight.
