Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- cold water - 1 c
- boiling water - 2 c
- chopped walnuts - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can ready to serve vanilla pudding - 1 oz
How to make creamy waldorf salad:
Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water. Stir in cold water. Chill until partially set. In mixing bowl, combine the chilled Jell-O and pudding. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed; chill until mixture mounds when spooned. Fold in apples, celery and nuts. Pour into a 7 or 8 cup mold. Chill until firm or overnight.
