Creamy waldorf salad

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 oz
• sugar
• orange juice
• large apples, cubed - 3 item
• pineapple tidbits, drained - 1 (8
• chopped celery - 2 Tbsp
• chopped pecans - 2 Tbsp
• raisins - 2 Tbsp
• lettuce leaf - 1 item

How to make creamy waldorf salad:

Combine first three ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well and set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, except lettuce, in a medium bowl. Add cream cheese mixture to apple mixture. Toss gently. Cover and chill. Toss again before serving. Serve in lettuce lined bowl. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
