Creamy rice pudding

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• milk
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• cooked rice - 2 c

How to make creamy rice pudding:

Beat eggs. Add sugar, salt, milk, vanilla and rice. Pour in 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until egg mixture is done like custard.
