Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 3/4 c
- evaporated milk - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/2 item
- pecan halves - 1 2
- light brown sugar - 3/4 c
How to make creamy pralines:
Cook together sugars and milk, stirring constantly, until firm and soft ball stage. Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Add pecans and let cool. Beat and drop on wax paper. Use a candy thermometer for best results.Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Candy.
