  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • granulated sugar - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1/2 1
  • flour - 2 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/4 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • brown sugar, packed - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • raw apples - 4 c
  • Batter will be stiff

How to make fresh apple cake:

Combine all ingredients, except apples and nuts. Batter will be stiff. Fold in apples and nuts. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped nuts1 egg1/4 c. evapora
