Creamy potato salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- boiled eggs - 4 item
- Kraft Miracle Whip - 1 item
- to 10 medium Idaho potatoes, peeled and sliced for mashed potatoes - 8 item
- small to medium size sweet pickles - 4 item
How to make creamy potato salad:
Boil potatoes and mash with pot masher or whip with electric beaters. Add chopped eggs, pickles, salt, sugar and pepper to taste.I put about 1/2 tablespoon mustard and 1/2 to 3/4 cup Miracle Whip. Should be good and moist. A little dill pickle juice may be added for flavor. Pimentos add color. Refrigerate and eat as salad or eat while warm as vegetable or salad. Good either way.
