Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- diced celery - 1 c
- chopped pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped cashews - 1 c
- fresh or frozen peas - 1 (10
- garlic - 1 item
- diced green onions - 1/2 c
- chopped fresh cauliflower - 1 c
- crisp cooked bacon - 1/4 c
- prepared Hidden Valley Ranch buttermilk or milk recipe original Ranch salad dressing - 1 c
- small clove, minced - 1 item
How to make spring pea salad:
Rinse peas in hot water or steam if fresh. Drain. Combine vegetables, nuts and bacon with sour cream; mix dressing, mustard and garlic together. Pour over salad mixture. Toss gently. Chill.
