  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • evaporated milk - 2/3 c
  • confectioners sugar
  • peanut butter - 1/2 c
  • marshmallow cream - 1 c

How to make creamy peanut butter fudge:

Cook sugar and milk, stirring constantly until it forms a soft ball when tested in cold water or to 234°. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Beat until nearly stiff. Pour into buttered pan.
