Creamy peanut butter fudge
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla extract - 1 tsp
- butter - 1/2 c
- evaporated milk - 12 oz
- peanut butter - 16 oz
- light brown sugar - 1 c
- white sugar - 4 c
- marshmallow cream - 7 oz
How to make creamy peanut butter fudge:
Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. In medium saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter and evaporated milk. Bring to a boil. Stirring constantly, boil for 7 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in marshmallow cream until well incorporated and melted. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth. Spread in prepared pan.
