Creamy mushroom rice
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water
- Minute rice
- chicken bouillon cubes - 2 item
- can sliced mushrooms - 1 oz
How to make creamy mushroom rice:
Combine water, mushrooms, butter and bouillon cubes in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stir in rice. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Stir in sour cream and serve at once. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Rice, Brown rice.
