  • quick grits - 1 c
  • heavy cream - 1/4 c
  • salt and white pepper to taste - 1 item

How to make creamy grits:

Bring broth to a boil and slowly stir in grits. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover. Cook 5 to 7 minutes or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream. Season to taste.
