Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • cider vinegar - 1/2 c
  • paprika - 3 Tbsp
  • tomato paste - 1/2 c
  • oil pour in fine stream - 2 c
  • grated onion or 3 cloves crushed garlic - 1/2 c

How to make creamy french dressing:

In large mixer bowl, mix eggs, sugar, salt and paprika. Add oil, tomato paste and vinegar. Repeat 2 more times, then add onion. Mix well in blender. You may also add Bleu cheese, if you wish. Mixture will be very thick. Makes about 2 quarts.
