- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 2 pkg
- cans tomato soup - 2 item
- bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make creamed tacos:
Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper; drain. Add soups and chilies. Tear tortillas to quarter size and mix with other ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Soups & stews, Mexican.
