Ingredients/Components

  • ground beef - 1 lb
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • onion, chopped - 1 item
  • corn tortillas - 2 pkg
  • cans tomato soup - 2 item
  • bell pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • small can chopped green chilies - 1 item

How to make creamed tacos:

Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper; drain. Add soups and chilies. Tear tortillas to quarter size and mix with other ingredients. Put in casserole dish. Cover with cheese and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
