Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 4 tsp
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can whole new potatoes, drained - 1 item
How to make creamed potatoes:
Cut potatoes into chunks; set aside. Saute onion in margarine until tender, not brown. Stir in flour; blend in milk. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick. Add potatoes. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Scandinavian, Swedish.
