Ingredients/Components
- milk
- butter or margarine - 1/4 c
- all-purpose flour - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can chicken broth - 1 1/2
- cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
How to make creamed chicken:
In saucepan cook onion in butter or margarine until tender but not brown. Stir in flour, blending well. Add chicken broth and 1/3 cup milk. Cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly.
