Snow pea stir-fry
Ingredients/Components
- fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut in strips - 2 c
- carrots, cut in thin strips - 1 c
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
- green onion, sliced thin - 1 item
- lite soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- pasta, cooked - 8 oz
How to make snow pea stir-fry:
Lightly coat nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray. Add snow peas, carrots, mushrooms and onions. Stir-fry on medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and cooked pasta. Toss together and heat 1 to 2 minutes until hot. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low cholesterol, Main dish.
