Ingredients/Components

  • fresh snow peas, trimmed and cut in strips - 2 c
  • carrots, cut in thin strips - 1 c
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
  • green onion, sliced thin - 1 item
  • lite soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • pasta, cooked - 8 oz

How to make snow pea stir-fry:

Lightly coat nonstick skillet or wok with cooking spray. Add snow peas, carrots, mushrooms and onions. Stir-fry on medium heat until vegetables are tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and cooked pasta. Toss together and heat 1 to 2 minutes until hot. Serves 4.
