Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cornstarch - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- shortening - 1/2 c
- sifted flour - 1 c
How to make cream puffs:
Boil water. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and shortening. Add flour, stirring until it is not sticky. Let cool. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Place on cookie sheet, about 1 rounded tablespoonful per cream puff. Bake at 450° foRecipe categories: Desserts, < 60 mins, 5 ingredients or less.
