  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • milk - 2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • cornstarch - 1/4 c
  • water - 1 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • shortening - 1/2 c
  • sifted flour - 1 c

How to make cream puffs:

Boil water. Add 1/8 teaspoon salt and shortening. Add flour, stirring until it is not sticky. Let cool. Add 4 eggs, 1 at a time, beating thoroughly after each. Place on cookie sheet, about 1 rounded tablespoonful per cream puff. Bake at 450° fo
