Rhubarb cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- rhubarb - 3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder - 1 tsp
How to make rhubarb cobbler:
Cream oleo and sugar. Add egg and beat well. Sift flour and baking powder and add alternately with milk. Pour over rhubarb. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes at 350°. (Any other fresh fruit or canned can also be used.)Recipe categories: Desserts, Fruit, Cobblers and crisps.
