Cream of wheat dumplings
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- Cream of Wheat - 1/2 c
How to make cream of wheat dumplings:
Bring milk and salt to a boil in saucepan. Add Cream of Wheat. Cook until thickened. Remove from heat and beat in butter and eggs until well mixed. Stir in parsley. Drop by spoonfuls into soup. Simmer, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes.These are for soup.
