Ingredients/Components
- butter or oleo - 3 Tbsp
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- rib celery, chopped - 1 item
- carrot, coarsely grated - 1 item
- can yellow cream-style corn - 1 item
- small bell pepper optional - 1/2 item
- cans yellow whole kernel corn - 2 item
- beaten egg, salted - 1 item
How to make cream corn casserole:
Drain the whole kernel corn. Combine with the cream-style corn in a baking dish. Stir in butter, celery, carrot, bell pepper and egg.
