- cream cheese - 8 oz
- vanilla flavoring
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- sticks margarine or butter - 3 item
- eggs add 1 at a time - 6 item
How to make cream cheese pound cake:
Cream together sugar, butter and cream cheese (which are at room temperature). Add and beat in salt and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, until batter is smooth. Stir in the flour and beat until smooth. Pour into greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours or until cake tests done.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Kid Friendly.
