Cream cheese dessert

Ingredients/Components

• graham cracker crumbs
• sugar - 1/4 c
• cream cheese
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• margarine - 1/4 c
• small carton whipped topping - 1 item
• Topping:1 can cherry pie filling or fresh sliced strawberries

How to make cream cheese dessert:

Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese1/2 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar1 small carton whipped topping Topping:1 can cherry pie filling or fresh sliced strawberries In a 9-inch square dish, combine crust ingredients and shape crust on bottom of pan.

Filling: Beat cream cheese well. Add vanilla and sugar. Beat until fluffy. Blend whipped topping and spread over crumb crust. Top with choice of topping.

I usually double this for a group. This is very easy, quick and good!!! Barbara Wells gave this recipe to me.
