- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese - 6 large
- eggs - 10 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- margarine, melted - 1/3 c
How to make cream cheese cake:
Mix cream cheese (one at a time), eggs (one at a time), 2 cups sugar and vanilla.Crust: Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and melted margarine together. Put on bottom of 10-inch spring-form pan.
Pour in filling. Cook 1 hour at 350°. Then shut oven; let stay in oven 1 hour. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
